Dry Skin

My 4 month Sheltie, Shelly, has some dry irritated skin. The vet recommended changing to a pet food with more fish oil and prescribed omega benefits to put on her food. I’ve also been giving her a teaspoon of plain puréed pumpkin as a training treat. Is there a moisturizing shampoo that is really helpful for dry skin? Or a laundry soap for sensitive dog skin? I’ve also considered putting pure lanolin on her belly and under her hind legs. TIA!
